Class descriptions:
July 11thDouble hooping basics This class will help you get used to handling double hoops, picking the right set etc. We will cover same time, split time, and arm positions in preparation for the next class. Sprinkled with some fun and easy double hoop tricks.
July 18thFlowers and Variations In this class we learn the basic flower pattern and expand to its different variations.
July 25thWeaves No beat weave, Two beat weave, Three beat weave, Z-spin, and thread the needle!
August 1stIsolations This class helps to develop your isolations with both hoops! We will cover bubbles, goddess machine, iso pops and the turntables!
August 8th Magic of Globes This is my newest class in my doubles repertoire! A single two hoop globe has a lot more in store than what we previously thought and I am here to share it's secrets with you! Come break out of the grid with me!
